About this job
This is a part time position with cleaning of a 1, 400 square foot rental. The property is one level - 3 bedrooms & 2 baths with one shower/bathtub. I would prefer someone with 5 plus years experience ages 30-40 plus. The guests check out at 11 a.m. and the new guest check in at 4 p.m. mostly on Saturdays. However, some weeks are split for the rental season (summer). The house would have to be checked for damage or stolen materials as well each week so that deposits can be given back promptly. Just like any other rental.
