Manpower is looking for an experienced Administrative Facilities Coordinator The job is located in Framingham, MA Monday - Friday 8-5pm Paying $21.50 This assignment is for 3-6 months Job Description Looking to hire a Facilities Management customer service representative in our Framingham, MA office. This individual will manage repair and maintenance requests for North American Commercial buildings. Primary responsibilities: * Shared support for roughly 2000 locations by handling incoming support calls through an automatic call distribution system, and help desk e-tickets through a Facilities Maintenance System. This would include the dispatching & follow-up of each service call placed by the building manager. * Utilizing the Maintenance System to coordinate service calls for all repair and maintenance and hired service call types, and provide troubleshooting support to both electrical and HVAC vendors with regard to Novar Energy Management System issues * Establish and maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers * Maintain property records by updating relevant information * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications: Basic: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Minimum 2 to 4 years of customer service/help desk experience Preferred: * Candidate with strong phone skills and conflict resolution * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package * Excellent internal and external customer service skills * Organized and self-motivated * Must be discreet in handling confidential/proprietary information * Ability to manage multiple projects/task * Strong focus on commitment to teamwork and customer service
