Aerotek is currently hiring for a health care Administrative Support positon.

Job Description:

  • This individual will be sitting at the front desk of the brand new facility in White Marsh. This is not a practice, but it houses a call center that is responsible for calling to confirm patient appointments.

  • Will be taking calls, greeting any visitors that come in, receiving/sending out mail, checking people in and out of the office, directing visitors, filing, scanning, copying etc.

In order to Qualify for this job you must have experience with:

- Great customer service skills
- 1-2 years minimum of administrative experience (healthcare not necessary)
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have confidence in their ability and be able to take initiative - everyone will be very busy so they want someone who will step up and ask if they can provide additional help
