Aerotek is currently has over 100 openings for Patient Service Representatives for a new call center in the Nashville, TN area.
This client is looking for candidates with a Medical Assistant, Healthcare Customer Service, or Physician office Administrators
In this role the Patient Service Representative is responding to to authorizations and referrals from the VA, handling outbound calls to beneficiaries and providers
This position is a Monday- Friday, the call is open 5am-8pm. Candidates will be given their preffered 8 hours, but need to flexible.
