About this job
This Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following tasks:
-light carpentry/general maintenance around the office (fixing things that are broken, putting up posters, switching light bulbs etc.)
-painting occasionally
-cutting grass, trimming bushes and shrubs
-taking out garbage daily
-delivering drawings to clients in the MA area
-making copies of full size drawings
-specification reproduction, collation and binding
-electronic archiving of project drawings.
-interaction with CAD group via email
