I will lead you by offering my professional experience, as I was once a teacher and am highly engaged in the classrooms.
I will mentor you through your professional journey by providing a customized career ladder and support to further your education.
I will supply you with at least twenty four hours of onsite training per year, as training is the key to keeping us up to date with the latest and greatest in early childhood education.
I will provide you with a weekly classroom budget for supplies and materials; going above and beyond what is available is embraced.
You can count on me offering daily support in the classroom and with lesson plan preparation.
There is no task, even the messy ones, we cannot accomplish together.
Do you have a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Elementary Education? Do you have a minimum of four college courses in early childhood education or child development with at least one year working in a child care center? Do you have a CDA with at least six months experience working in a child care center?

To qualify for $500 sign on bonus, employee must have CDA, Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Elementary Education. $100 will be added to your pay checks for the first 5 weeks employeed!
