Partners with Apparel Sales Manager in improving performance of the Apparel Sales department through individual and team-based coaching. Sets expectations around selling the total solution and utilizing integrated retail tools to enhance Member Engagement Process and meet/exceed sales goals.
The Senior Apparel Sales Lead closely partners with the Apparel Sales Manager to enhance member experience and creating a solution selling culture on the Apparel sales floor by communicating and coaching to the Member Engagement Process. Ensures members are provided with the assistance needed by connecting them with available associates and providing support as needed to the associates during the sale. - Must be 18 years of age or older
