Call Center Support Specialist

Staffmark has partnered with a 3rd party company to recruit outstanding Dispatchers. We have three open positions for part time and full time. You will be learning about alarm systems. This is an exciting temp position with an opportunity to gain experience in a call center as a dispatcher. The site is off of bus line #9 Powell.

The pay rate: $12.10 to 12.35 an hour

Hours: 3:00pm - 11:30pm or 11pm-7:30am

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. (Part time is on call from 3-4 days a week)

Job Skills:

Communication Skills: You will be listening and speaking to people by phone, often in some state of distress. Your ability to listen, speak plainly and communicate effectively will be necessary.

Ability to Multitask: Dispatchers often are working on computer systems and following up with contacts from the call list.

Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to be able to prioritize the most important situations, and think quickly on your feet.
