Sunshine Child Programs is looking for leaders that can motivate staff to perform above expectations.
Sunshine's Site Director / Manager Position is a part time supervisory position that entails individuals to meet the needs of Sunshine's customers while following the guidelines set forth by Child Care Licensing and the School Board of Broward County. Strong communication skills, professional appearance and the ability to plan activities for school age children are a necessity. Typical working hours will be Monday -- Friday from 1:15PM -- 6:30PM and on Early Release Days, two hours earlier from standard time (ex. 11:15am)
Minimum requirements
21 years of age or older
2 years experience working hands on with school age children
Completion of Part 1 Child Care Facility 30 Hour Training Requirement
Completion of Part 2 Child Care Facility 10 Hour Training Requirement
Pass a Federal and Local background check
Pass a drug test
Reliable transportation to and from work
CPR / First Aid certification
DCF Staff Credential certification (preferably)
DCF Director Credential certification (preferably)
