You're empowered to do your best by leading Highly Complex Operational Projects throughout the organization! Are you a leader and subject matter expertise in business deployments, user migrations, project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation?


 


Lead strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as an Operations Lead - Deployments - Clinical Ops to coordinate and support users, customers, members that need to be moved to the strategic clinical suite of tools.


 


Primary Responsibilities:





  • Determine the operational readiness time frames and coordinate operational staffing needs


  • Create migration schedules, and implement processes for quality assurance measures


  • Lead others in the organization through a thoughtful and meaningful adoption of the strategic clinical platform


  • Develop business plans and business deployment strategies


  • Conduct post go-live audits and prepare status updates for assessment by Regional/Senior Leadership


  • Manage deployment support team that will guide end user communities during transition to new platform


  • Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems related to migration readiness and execution


  • Manage/coordinate communications among all applicable stakeholders

 

Requirements


Required Qualifications:




  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of project management experience or Business Analyst experience
  • 3+ years of experience identifying complex problems, suggesting and implementing solutions
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to understand and document business needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operations and technology leads to identify solutions
  • Develop and execute work plans to implement those solutions
  • Experience driving solutions for complex problems and opportunities

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely



  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities


 


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of Healthcare experience
  • 3+ years of experience with working as a liaison with business operational areas
  • 1+ years of Business experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Visio, SharePoint
  • Experience with clinical services
