As a member of the Enterprise Performance team, you will be a key part of UnitedHealth Group's mission to help people live healthier lives. Successful individuals must be able to work in an evolving environment, help build the appropriate structure and framework to successfully meet goals and objectives of clients. The individual will help investigate current state processes, interpret data and develop action plans in partnership with senior executives and collaborating teams within UHC/Optum. Commonly this individual will partner with an Enterprise Performance Director to drive a very large change initiative through the organization. By enabling UHC and Optum to be more efficient and focus on what matters, you will greatly contribute to enabling our members to live healthier lives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
  
• 5+ years of analysis experience in a dynamic, fluid, and changing environment
  
• Must be able to convey complex thoughts, both written and oral, in clear, concise and timely fashion
  
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement; ability to understand value of contributions
  
• Strong analytic and problem solving experience
  
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree (MBA, MA)
  
• 2+ years of experience/knowledge of health plan operations such as claims, enrollment, provider service, and care management
  
• Experience with government health care entities and/or provider organizations
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills
  
• 2+ years of experience working with executive level leaders
  
• 1+ year of experience with Tableau
