As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist – Inside Sales you will provide customer support and drive sales by assisting customers in making informed decisions in their purchase of high quality digital hearing devices – a decision that can dramatically improve the quality of their lives.  

The ideal candidate for this role will have the sales skills to influence customers to take action to resolve their hearing loss needs through the purchase of hearing devices. You will  use customer service skills and compassion to kindly and patiently guide customers through the decision process.   In this role you will span the sales cycle from responding to general inquiry calls to generating sales leads.  You will be responsible for following up on sales leads to close sales;  and ensure retention with post sale courtesy calls.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads for your own sales and for in person sales with our hearing specialists
  • Respond to general inquiry calls  from marketing campaigns and make outbound calls  to promote product features and benefits
  • Assist members in locating a hearing provider to obtaining a hearing test
  • Follow up on sales leads, and overcome objections by explaining the product and service capabilities and closing the sale
  • Provide customer service, including the system entry of hearing devices, post sale accessories,  and payment collection
  • Work to retain customers by making outbound courtesy calls to ensure customers are successful in using their hearing devices and know what resources are available for assistance
  • Make full use of Sales Force CRM system to organize lead tracking and sales activities
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards in a call center environment.
Shifts within the hours of 9 am - 5:30 pm central time.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years experience in a Sales or Customer Service role that included experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Knowledge and understanding of the sales process 
  • 1+ year of previous Alpha-Numeric data entry experience
  • Ability to navigate and reference Excel spreadsheets and create/edit Word documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Mandarin
