Candidate applying for this position: should be able to deploy custom code in multiple client-server environments like Wintel, Unix and Linux ; should be able to deploy and configure Facets components (interactive, gateway, batch server, letter server, workflow server and FXI) ; should work as Facets system administrator and manage security groups & user permissions ; should be able to configure and maintain webservices in IIS ; should possess the ability to understand Facets & environment issues reported by business users & IT support teams and translate them into service tickets, work with IT hosting team, IT support team & Vendors to implement solutions ; should be able to configure and maintain Facets CMU tool ; should be able to monitor windows batch servers ; last but not the least should be available for 24x7 on-call support on rotation basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Positions in this function coordinate the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs
  
• Monitors environment health and the facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity
  
• This function also includes those who operate and monitor computer and peripheral equipment
  
• Coordinates the efforts of all functions to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner
  
• Documents all problems (hardware, application, facility, etc.) and takes corrective action as required
  
• Interfaces with other departments as required
  
• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
  
• Impact of work is most often at the team level

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in building and/or maintaining Facets components including Interactive Front-end, Batch server, HIPAA Gateway, Letter sever, WorkFlow and FXI
  
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting issues related to Facets components and/or other client/server environments
  
• 1+ years of experience in deploying patches/add-ons and participate in release management activities in client/server environments
  
• Experience in configuring web service components using IIS
  
• Knowledge in Enterprise Server operating system platforms including Microsoft Windows (64 bit), Unix, Linux and Citrix

Assets:

• Exposure to Healthcare and/or other regulated environments
  
• Excellent communications and IT project management skills
  
• Ability to interact and work with multiple teams
  
• Intermediate level of skill with MS Visio and MS office suite of applications
  
• Basic level of skill with writing simple SQL statements for Oracle databases and the ability to use Toad
  
• Basic level of UNIX command skills
  
• Basic understanding of WebSphere server
