Senior Business Analyst - Eden Prairie, MN - Full-time / Part-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Experience driving project implementations right from defining scope, requirements, until delivery


• Ability to manage project timelines and be the client facing point of contact


• Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders; identify and understand business needs; write Business Requirements documents and other business artifacts


• Develop reports on analysis, provide recommendations and makes formal presentations to communicate results to various management levels


• Write user stories; facilitate meetings; work with system architects and developers; use agile development method; participate in sprint planning


• Review the work of others


• Develop innovative approaches


• Sought out as expert


• Serve as a leader/mentor

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis


• 3+ years of working knowledge of SAS, SQL or BI tools


• Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes


• Excellent communication (written and oral), time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Agile project implementation or SDLC


• Experience with documentation of standard industry artifacts


• Healthcare industry experience


• Project Management experience


• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures


• Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
