Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also, develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • SME knowledge level of TOPS/UNET processing and related output (835, PRA and EOB)

  • Responsible to complete UAT workflow (execution) for assigned projects

  • Follow UDP guidelines

  • Request and obtain sign off of UDP mandatory artifacts related to the project(s) assigned

  • Accurately maintain ALM

  • Support of MBOs assigned to our Team

  • Report, prioritize and track all defects to resolution

  • Enforce established SLA

  • Address business needs/requests

  • Monitor project dates and meet individual deliverables as well as support other team members to ensure quality/accuracy goals and UAT schedules are met

  • Work to remove obstacles for the business analysis team and address issues during the project lifecycle

  • Assist with Talent Development and mentoring

  • Facilitate projects, reviews, and meetings

  • Provide feedback on Capacity Management updates

  • Manage multiple execution resources

  • Coordinates requirement review/interpretation

  • Support test script development, data conditioning, mapping scripts to defects

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects

  • Provide metric reporting

  • Assist/Support Management Team whenever is needed

  • Host and facilitate meeting with business customers

  • Deliver presentations at different levels of the organization

Requirements



Required Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of experience in business/finance analysis

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

  • 2+ years of experience in claims processing in TOPS/UNET application environment

  • Understand benefit structure, how claims are adjudicated

  • Experience with different claim types, adjustment facility processing

  • Understand how to make adjustments in TOPS

  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes

  • Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

  • SME Experience with Payment Engine output: 835, PRAs and EOBs

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field

  • Host and facilitate meeting with business customers

  • Deliver presentations at different levels of the organization

  • Working knowledge of relational databases and database structures
