A typical day in the life of a team member on the Benefit Operations Strategy & Support team is anything but typical!  This, however, is part of the excitement and challenge of the position.  Use your sharp business analytical skills to digest and organize data and concepts that define our end-to-end business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Using relevant data, create processes to solve business challenges


• Develop queries to mine data


• Create and analyze processes, implementation of business controls and quality measures by using a variety of applicable tools


• Meet with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop reporting and process improvement solutions


• Problem solve multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or related field


• 1+ years of experience in business analysis


• Problem solving skills with multiple priorities and ability to research conflicting and/or inaccurate data


• Experience demonstrating process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes


• Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills


• Familiarity with these tools:

  • MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  
  
  • Data Reporting Tools
  
  
  • Windows Scripting (Batch or vba)
  
  
  • UNIX

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Medicare or Healthcare experience
