Looking for an AWESOME career? Adecco is assisting a local client in their search to fill multiple Entry Level - Warehouse jobs in Nashville, TN. These are long-term temporary opportunities. You will be responsible for cleaning and doing simple cosmetic upgrades to cable boxes. Cleaning the units involves using blower vacuums and wiping the units down with an all-purpose cleaning agent. Responsibilities for this Entry Level - Warehouse Associate job include:
- Use small hand tools (ex. screw drivers or electric drills) to remove/install covers, replace screens, putting rubber stoppers on the bottom of the units
- Make quick decisions to visually qualify a unit and determine what action needs to be taken
- Use RF handheld scanners to track materials
- Clean cable boxes
- Serve as an operations partner in repairing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Maintain a safe working area and ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required - entry level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Pay for 1st and 2nd shift is $9.50-$10.00/hr plus overtime as needed. These are long-term opportunities
