Oracle Test Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking an experienced Tester in Oracle ERP R12 with Functional exposure in Oracle Accounts Payables / Payments.

We are looking for someone to join our constantly expanding team of functional and technical analysts who support and configure Financial products to support global Finance based in US Raleigh NC. This global team based in US and India support, configure, enhance and implement financial products to support the global teams in all aspects of Finance, Treasury, Tax, reporting and daily operations. The primary role of this role is that of a Senior Tester who can independently create the payment batches / files for the bank, read and validate the text files under the guidance of senior functional analyst. The candidate will need to have a good working knowledge of SQL and exposure to Oracle tables.

This person will primarily be working creation / validation of testing bank file for an automation and changing credit card integrations with Oracle expenses and mobile expenses native and non-native. A knowledge of the latest banking and expense solutions would be advantageous espicially familarity with ISO20022 formats for sending and receiving information from banking authorities.



The candidate would lend their skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. There is also a great opportunity to manage new product implementations espicially on the mobile solutions and latest banking automations.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to administer and document test scripts and collaborate with the project team to get resolution.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria.
Familiarity with detailed documentation such as functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports and conversions (MD50s & TE40s).
QA development/FRICE components (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions)
Support production : monitor and troubleshoot , initiate and monitor system processes.
Understanding of business process and ability to provide resolution to issues which satisfy the customers needs.
Initiate and follow through on Oracle Service Requests.
Support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), conversions, and interface extension testing.
Development and delivery of end user training docuementation




Experience & Skill Requirements:

Exposure to Oracle 12.1.3 configurations.


Working knowledge of the Oracle underlying data model in order to support analysis and issue resolution.

The candidate should have Oracle Financial's testing experience in 'Core Financials such as AP, Payments and interfaces

4+ years work experience with Financials modules with a speciality in creating test cases and working through testing scenarios particularly in automating payments to various banking platforms as well as integrating credit card providers with expense solutions.

Wide implementation experience in implementing Oracle Financial's. (at least 1 major end-end implementation

Ability to work with a technical team and be able to understand and communicate technical requirements.

General skills:

Strong communication skills in english and ability to quickly learn new applications
Solid troubleshooting skills, able to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Strong teamplayer who can drive issues to their resolution.
SQL required, Technical understanding preferred
Good team player and able to work with a diverse group of people who reside in different locations
Self-starter who is solution and customer focused
