What We Do (Accountabilities)

* Directs, monitors, and coordinates national accounts to include pest control, trash, carpet cleaning, utilities, music, and external signage to ensure service request or issues are processed or resolved timely and at agreed to cost.

* Assures effective administration of the keys/cores/safe, and lighting supply programs so that all request are processed and approved in a timely manner.

* Assures effective processing of all inspection and testing request/requirement for Fire Extinguisher/Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler, ADA, and backflow.

* Oversees and addresses all Landlord issues (roof leaks, plumbing issues, drainage problems, and snow reoval, etc.) through direct communication to include, phone, email, formal legal letters, and escalates to legalwhen necessary.

Essential Functions of the Role

* Reviews, verifies pricing compliance, and approves maintenance capital and no-capital invoices up to $5,000.00

* Manages, submits, and collect all insurance claims under 100K

* Assist with updates to maintenance policies and procedures in conjunction with the Store maintenance Manager

* Effectively communicates and collaborates with vendor partners and field operations regarding work scheduling, progress, procedures, and performance

* Facilitates service requests for non-standard services.

* Maintains department databases and spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

* 2+ years of Customer service experience

* Related Maintenance or construction knowledge

* Construction Project Management experience preferred

* Ability to build and maintain relationships

* Strong innovation, managerial, problem solving, and communication skills

* Microsoft Office Suite
