We are currently seeking a Healthcare Quality Improvement Analyst to join the Quality Optimization Team within the Business Process & Quality Management Team. In this position, you will work with a variety of functional areas acting as liaison for all quality activities including but not limited to: creating new audit programs, assessing existing programs, and providing consultative support regarding all aspects of quality as needed.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Assess/design programs that will have a standardized approach to capturing critical information that can be used to drive remediation

  • Ensure that the appropriate measures are being captured in programs and are in place to assist with improving the overall customer experience

  • Identify areas of opportunity and escalate to leadership as appropriate

  • Build and promote positive relationships with functional areas by providing one-on-one quality support

  • Promote and facilitate communication both upstream and downstream

  • Set and maintain project timelines

  • Work with the processes and workflows of multiple divisions and leaders

 


 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • A Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of additional directly related Healthcare Quality Improvement experience in lieu of a Bachelors Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality / Process Improvement

  • 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry

  • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to peers, the business / client and all levels of management

  • Strong attention to detail and superior analytical skills

  • Ability to effectively multi task, managing multiple projects and initiatives

  • Exceptional organizational skills and negotiation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Motivate and inspire other team members

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced project management experience (3+ years) and skills training

  • Operational Excellence / Six Sigma training
