Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Transferring and getting residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plan
* Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartment
* Recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor
* Initiating and participating in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the activity calendar
* Maintaining residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required
* One or more years of caregiving experience
* Nursing Assistant Certification is preferred but not required
* Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
* Flexibility with schedule - availability for day, evening, holiday and weekend shifts is required
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
