We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative- Temp to Hire.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Customer Service Representative- Temp to Hire Location: Altoona, PA Starting Pay: $11.00/hr. Schedule:9am-5pm for 2 weeks for training purposes Shifts consist of 11am-7pm; 12pm-8pm; 1pm-9pm. All agents work Saturday with a shift between the hours of 10am-6:30pm. IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!!!! Do you have customer call center experience??? Do you enjoy fast-paced environments! Essential functions include but are not limited to: *Answer general billing, product, cancellation and other account related calls *Promptly and efficiently handle numerous customer inquiries *Multi-task a variety of responsibilities *Represent our clients in a professional and positive manner *Enjoy taking on new challenges *Enjoy working with customers and building relationships *On the retention team, you will be working to retain the customers' business by using best practices. You will be required to meet and exceed predetermined service levels and metrics related to retention.
