A commercial cleaning company is looking for employees to join their team. Primary purpose of this position is: To clean various office and commercial properties after the close of business to the client's preference. . Essential functions include but are not limited to: *Sweep and mop floors. *Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces *Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. *Steam-clean carpets *Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces *Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees *Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean *Apply wax to coat floors and buff *Apply sealant to floors. *Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Requirements include but are not limited to: *Ability to work after business hours- shifts are 2nd and 3rd *Must be flexible *Willingness and ability to pass a background check *Able to perform tasks repetitiously *Must have a valid PA driver's license Once you have experience and are providing service for multiple accounts, there will be opportunity to create your own schedule and increase your pay!
