What you'll do

You'll respond to customer inquiries in a call center environment, using a computerized system. You're the front line and most crucial part to business! And before you get to do that you'll also be taught the tools of the trade through a multi-week course that will make you the go-to expert for customers!

May perform one or more of the following:
--Responds to telephone inquiries and concerns using standard scripts and procedures
--Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
--Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
--Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs

All other duties as assigned




What you'll need

--A high school diploma or equivalent
--Eligibility to work in the United States
--At least be 18 years of age
--Possess good communication skills
--Experience in customer service/relations

All Xerox new hires will be required to complete a company standard background check and drug screening
