Well, we work in a very unique way. We actually train you to become a manager in our company within 6-8 short months. Yes you read that right, MONTHS not years.
We will bring you in for our entry level position, which is where you learn all facets of the business.
So what exactly do we do at the entry level position?
We work inside big box retail stores where we create marketing events for our clients and we also provide excellent customer service.
And this means of course that we do NOT participate in any door to door (who wants to do that in Texas anyways, where it's either boiling hot or freezing cold), NO telemarketing and NO business to business.
Once you learn everything at the entry level position we will promote you into our management in training program, and our goal is to get you to account managing 6 weeks or less. After that it's assistant manager then... wait for it.MANAGER! And we promote 100% from within the company and there's no such thing as seniority.
