Job Description: Tier 1 Technical Support Advisor

Hours/Shift:
*Must be available for an 8hour shift between 2PM-5:30AM (part time and full time hours available) - Core hours are 9PM-5:30AM
*Training starts 8/9 and is 3 weeks long -- you will train during the hours of your selected work schedule (part time or full time) You will be able to switch your schedule every 3 months.

Pay: $9.00hr for training and $9.50hr after training

Duration: Long Term - Temp to Hire
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling technical-support and support related questions
- Provide prompt, reliable and accurate solutions to technical support related questions while
maintain effective communication
- Responsible for ensuring call resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality
support in every customer interaction

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
- Must have at least 6 months experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
