Responsible for observing housekeeping, safety and C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility Responsible for being the subject matter expert and dedicated resource to their assigned, functional area Identifying training needs for new employees and cross training opportunities for existing employees in their assigned, functional area Work with business partners, HR, Wave Plan, Inventory, and Training to ensure the adherence of area processes Use the reporting provided for proper execution of all operational process for their assigned, functional areaSupport the Coordinator/Supervisor in all duties as assigned including all operational areas of the Distribution Center

Experience and Skills

Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of hand (RF) scanners, distribution automation processing modules and experience using WMOS Use mechanized equipment as required Skilled at multi-tasking and able to react quickly to frequent priority shifts Proficient written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and through the use of email Ability to work a flexible schedule while maintaining a good attendance record High school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months, preferably in a distribution environment Must be able to lift cases weighing up to forty pounds Carters is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
