Full time, permanent position for a customer service representative in Union, IL. This is a great entry level position with a great company!
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:
- Providing customer service to incoming calls or emails,
- Completing sample request forms for sample department,
- Sorting mail, and distributing to appropriate departments,
- Completing forms for any changes on files in house,
- Calling on orders regarding shipping updates,
- Evaluating and reviewing purchase orders and retrieving artwork received daily,
- Getting rushes approved, contacting customers to discuss potential art problems and/or purchase order discrepancies,
- Preparing art worksheets for artist to process the artwork,
- Retrieving proofs and verifying that all necessary information has been initialized.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Type 30-40 words per minute
- Be detail oriented
- Great organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
Monday Friday | 9:00 am 6:00 pm (8 am 5 pm for training)
Pay | $9.50/hr
