- Will maintain a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
- Recruit, interview, and hire all holiday Seasonal Retail Sales Associates alongside your Seasonal Retail Area Manager
- Sampling, Selling and Customer Engagement
- Train and support Sales Associates in all processes of sales and operations
- Implement all Hickory Farms' retail selling strategies and guidelines
- A strong background in retail or customer service management
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, kneel down and stand for long periods of time
- You will have a flexible schedule and the ability for you to work full-time hours from October through December.
