Positions in this function conduct and
manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing,
forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business
planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business
activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information
and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business
solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.






Primary Responsibilities:




  • Operational Readiness: Demonstrates the ability to gather, plan, facilitate,
    influence, design, create, edit, track, train, and distributed ORT
    deliverables (including Implementation Communication and Formal Training)
    within the 5-ons.
  • Regulatory & Industry: Demonstrates an understanding of regulatory mandates,
    related government organizations and with industry association to
    influence best practices.
  • Business Operations:
    Demonstrates a working knowledge of segment, functions, provider, members,
    vendor, and trading partner operations related to assigned
    implementations.
  • Technical Systems:
    Demonstrates an understanding of the automated solution with the ability
    to read/interpret solution designs, system/data architecture documents,
    and data dictionaries while acting as the bridge between the solution and
    the business operations readiness.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analyst role related to Clinical operations or with business responsibilities in a Provider/Clinician/Medical facility
  • Experience with Healthcare systems and regulatory mandates (including BABOK and CHC standards)
  • Must be able to obtain a UHG methodology certification in the first 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred LPN, MA, CMA, or RN
