About this Opportunity

• Champion a culture of medical and business accountability,
• Drive best practices and daily clinic operations; use appropriate resources to resolve issues 
• Status regularly with Supervisor to drive Clinic strategy and initiatives
• Ensure guest wait times are met; provide consistently high quality medical services
• Ensure team members are available and provide accurate information on clinic services
• Keep guests’ medical and personal information private and confidential at all times (HIPAA)
• Coach, lead, and deliver a guest experience culture focused on genuine health care
• Ensure safe, quality medical supplies are rotated and within expiration date for the guest all day, every day
• Partner with the team to create a clean, organized, efficient and on-process clinic
• Set high standards to ensure Clinic interior and exterior are neat and clean; coach to use appropriate resources for facilities management
• Use proper tools and resources to ensure in-stocks on all supplies; follow daily ordering and use of return programs

Requirements
Minimum Requirements

• Family nurse practitioner or physician assistant (Use for MN locations only)
• Certification by a nationally recognized certification board
• Current licensure in the state of practice
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification
• American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Certification (or equivalent)
• Understanding of health insurance: local providers, general plan types, and terminology
• Previous experience in Pediatric or Family Practice
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, long hours)

Desired Requirements

• Post-graduate experience is preferred, but is not required
• Previous experience with an Electronic Medical Record
