Inbound Call Center Agents

We are seeking a team of "Do it yourself" customer care agents who are able to work from home. We will train you in our call center on everything you need to know. Our goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience to a wide variety of customers. The work is fun, cutting edge, and constantly changing. If you have a need for success and have a passion for customer care, don't hesitate to come in right away!

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Inbound Call Center Agents -

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Ability to train and work onsite until productivity allows success at home

* Ability to provide your own cable internet connection

* Possess a minimum of 3 months customer service experience in a call center environment

* Solid work history -- 1 plus years of stable work with one company

* Score acceptably on job related testing assessments provided (i.e., data entry, spelling, reading, reading comprehension, sales aptitude testing and cognitive ability testing, typing 25 WPM)

* Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse, intermediary internet knowledge required

* Ability to work within specified shift time

* Ability to clearly communicate using good clear, distinct voice

All other duties as assigned
