Sodexo Corporate Services in Cleveland is hiring for a General Manager for a large corporation on the eastern side of the metro area. The ideal candidate will have prior client relationship skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This account is a campus type environment with high expectations for retail food services and catering. Applicants should have prior general management experience and culinary experience would be a plus but not necessary.

We are looking for the following skills:

*About 5-6 years of experience in a full services restaurant as a General Manager or Assistant Manager

* Hands on, food production & strong culinary skills is a plus

*FOH & BOH experience

*Marketing Knowledge (food product sample, menu design, food marketing exp)

*Food service contract management exp & a strong culinary background in a corporate services account is desired

*Candidate must have exceptional customer service, professional, personable and good communication skills.

*Experience delivering quality food during catering events

*Experience managing hourly staff in a full service caf and during catering events

*Detail oriented, outgoing, high energy, accountable, responsible & ENTREPRENUER Spirit ( hands on)

*Experience with Food Safety Policies, knowledgeable of Sodexo programs.

*Experience with Financial responsibility including budget, fee/subsidy & Food and Labor cost

* HR Knowledge

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
