About this job

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Manage telephonic and electronic service requests from customers
Dispatch service to subcontractors
Discuss service specifics with technicians and document and report findings
Update customer websites
Identify and escalate priority issues in a prompt and timely manner
Utilize multiple systems to access, change or input information regarding service requests
Other duties as assigned

Minimum
HS diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
Excellent computer skills
Effective communication skills and phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-change, often ambiguous business environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in Customer Service

Preferred
Experience in the Call Center Industry


Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
