Position Responsibilities:
* Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
* Uploading documents and paperwork into multiple websites
* Verification and re-entry of information to ensure complete accuracy
* Makes minor corrections, codes items, and maintains record of documents processed
* Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
* Scanning documents and meeting minutes into PDF documents
* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Position Requirements:
* Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated editing and proofreading skills and strong attention to detail.
* Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
* Must possess well-developed organizational capabilities.
* Ability to effectively and professionally handle multiple competing deadlines, priorities and responsibilities.
* Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
* Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.
