About this job

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
* Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors
* Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
* Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
* Greets visitors at community's front reception desk and provides guided tours as needed

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
*1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong organizational skills, dependable, and ability to multi-task and work independently
* Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
* Flexible schedule, including availability to work Saturdays
* Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
