About this job

Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and email accurately and professionally
Respond to all customer inquiries and probe accordingly as to handle their issue in a timely and organized manner set forth by company policies and procedures
Analyze customer history and work with customers to resolve their issues, and/or recommend an appropriate solution while providing "best in class" customer service
Research required information using available resources
Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure a positive customer experience
Conduct warm transfers to appropriate departments
Follow-up with customers as necessary
