We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Director of Sales- Investments/Securities.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Direct the sales and marketing efforts in creating, developing and executing the strategy to support the vision, growth and sales objectives of the firm. Under minimal supervision, has extensive decision-making authority in fulfilling accountabilities.
Must be able to develop and oversee the firms sales and marketing goals and programs. Must manage sales reporting. Be able to manage and coach other sales managers in the sales process including building relationships and closing deals. Review and analyze sales performance. Manage and evaluate sales and marketing staff. work independently with limited or no supervision at times. This Sales Manager must enjoy supporting personal and departmental needs, be highly organized, and customer service minded. This role will have monthly incentives and bonuses in addition to base salary. Will work internally with management and other sales staff. Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the defined contribution consulting industry
- MUST HAVE CURRENT SECURITIES LICENSE
- Experience in marketing for a business to business company.
