JOB DESCRIPTION
We're currently seeking an Escrow Officer for a contract opportunity in Citrus Heights, CA with our partner, one of the leading providers of title insurance, mortgage and diversified services.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for reviewing HUDs for approval / communicating with the closing coordinators
- Assist closing coordinators with title clearance (commitment and document review)
- Assist with policy requests and review
- Assist Disbursements Dept. when needed
- Knowledge of Client Online banking systems
- Sign escrow checks
- Handle Customer Service calls
- Work closely with Closing Teams when issues arise
- Assist with all Post Closing issues
- Hold and maintain an Escrow Officer license by attending or participating in webinar training
- Sessions for required continuing education credits
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years Escrow Officer experience minimum in Auditing files and Preparation of docs and escrow instructions
- Softpro and/or Smartview experience preferred, but will train.
- Job Location: SACRAMENTO COUNTY (Sacramento, Elk Grove, Citrus Heights, Folsom)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 12+ mth contract
- 8:00 am - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week days)
