This a great opportunity to effective the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 25 Organization. We're looking for individuals who keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise. This will encompass training of one functional area such as Claims or Customer Service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some aspects of the design process and training material as needed. We are looking for someone who has extensive work experience in a highly matrix organization across multiple functions. When not in training you will assist the manager of the department with department activities and act as a resource to the team. This role will also be responsible for training all duties related to CMS compliance.Primary Responsibilities:
 
Positions in this function are responsible for training within a function such as Claims or Customer Service. Does not train outside of specialty. May also be involved in the design process.
 

Assess the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g. claims)
Participate in the development of training programs 
Prepare training related materials
Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
Report training metrics and generate training related reports
Work on adhoc projects and events
Schedule classes
Mentor others

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


High School Diploma/GED

1+ years previous presentation or facilitation experience
Previous experience with Adult Learning Theory and/or Concepts
Experience managing multiple projects to completion
Must be able to create, copy, edit,send & save utilizing Word, Excel & Outlook
Must be able to create or modify presentations utilizing MS PowerPoint
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree
Previous adult classroom training experience
Previous experience with WebEx or comparable virtual meeting tools
Previous healthcare industry experience
