As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for setting up services and managing customer accounts for SiriusXM Satellite Radio. You will be responsible for the quality of the call, handling the call in a timely manner and your effective communication used while engaging the prospective customer and selling client product and services. Weekend Hours of Operation:

Saturdays- 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Sundays 12:30 am to 6:30 pm

We have week day hours available too.

Additional responsibilities for the position include:

  • Continually maintaining working knowledge of our client's products, services and promotions
  • Maintaining high quality standards while making recommendations according to customer's needs
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken
  • As a Part Time Call Center Sales Representative you must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Our ideal call center representative candidate will possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows PC environment with the ability to manage multiple computer screens
  • Reliable and dependable work habits
  • Ability to multitask priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Energy and enthusiasm!
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Friendly, conversational and engaging phone presence
  • Previous call center, customer service or telecom experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person!
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills (conversational, articulate, engaging)
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment
  • Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
