Summary: The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing an advanced level of nursing practice to patients and families, servings as a clinical resource for staff and interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's Degree in Nursing.

Licenses/Certification: Current RN license in practicing state. Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). State certification for prescribing medication. Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile. Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Minimum 3-5 years total nursing experience preferred.
