The Global Ecommerce Program Manager's area of responsibility will be to deliver large projects/programs for the Levi's and Dockers global web stores. The Program Manager will be part of the global ecommerce IT team partnering with ecommerce business teams and third party partners. Programs/projects will include launching the LS&Co. global Ecommerce platform, enhancements to the platform and implementing third party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing assigned projects through full life cycle, requirements definition through stabilization.

• Accountable to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business partner expectations.

• Provide management visibility into project progress, while supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction.

• Expert ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.

• Ensures UAT activities meet business goals. Coordinate business approval of releases prior to build.

• Understand the domain and know ask the right questions to prioritize and perform necessary follow-ups to resolve issues.

• Leverage past experiences to identify potential areas of improvement in project performance and sharing of best practices related to overall project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum 10 years project/program management experience

• Experience with Agile and other non-Agile project methodologies

• Experience implementing and maintaining Ecommerce platforms and third party Ecommerce applications.

• Demonstrated experience working with global teams and business.

• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels of the organization.

• Experience managing third party development partners onshore and offshore.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization.

• Strong verbal and written skills

• Self-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a customer-oriented team player. Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams.
