Job Description
* Ensure a safe environment through crowd control techniques.
* Ensure children’s safety by monitoring points of egress. Ensure customer traffic flows smoothly and safely throughout the store.
* Ability to read and understand written policies and procedural materials
* Must be able to provide a summary of information on incidents and accidents
* Ability to relate positively to customers and employees
* Protect company assets Control and minimize loss and ensure store safety, by assisting in the conducting of internal and external investigations
* Consistently demonstrate the principles of MAGIC and the values of PLAY while adhering to the company’s Service Standards outlined in the Guiding Truths.
Experience, Education & Skills
Requirements:
* One to two years of retail and customer service experience. One to two years of Loss prevention, Law enforcement, criminal justice, security experience is preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
* Must enjoy children and possess a warm and friendly demeanor
* Evening and weekend work is required for this position
