We have a full-time opening for a CDL-A / Class A CDL Driver.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Must have 1 or more years experience.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Background check required.
Wage: $15.00
Requirements
We are looking for a Class A CDL driver for a distributor of textile goods located in the Alsip area. This is local driving only; no OTR.
Daily loads can vary from a full truckload to one distributor to a seven or eight stop to many distributors. All drivers are responsible for assisting in unloading, checking in products, handling paperwork and communicating any discrepancies to the office. Will also be responsible for picking up customer returns and validating that the product matches the request for credit.
This is a full time, temp to permanent position. Pay starts at $15/hour.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 months experience.
- Must be able to operate any vehicle with a semi-trailer with two or more axles.
- No more than two moving violations or accidents with the last 3 years.
- Relatively clean MVR that is free of any violations for DUI's, failure to stop, speeding 25 mph or more over the speed limit, reckless/negligent driving, racing or driving on a suspended license. You will be required to provide a copy of your MVR upon application.
- Must have a current DOT card.
- Must be able to comply with background and drug screen requirements.
