A rapidly growing technology company located in York/Emigsville, PA needs Inventory Control Supervisors for an early 2nd shift and long weekend shifts for Direct Hire Opportunities. Summary: Reporting to the Manager, the Supervisor of Inventory Control ensures the accuracy, safekeeping, and timely movement of inventory throughout the site to meet internal and external customer requirements and provides effective leadership of resources through clear and precise communication of responsibilities and goals. Key Responsibilities: *Establish working rapport between teams, shifts, and departments *Ensure accurate accounting and physical control and security of all material * Ensure effective organization for area(s) of responsibility, including: a) efficient work flow patterns; b) established performance standards; c) effective delineation of duties and responsibilities; d) suitable staffing levels; e) appropriate supervision; and f) systems for complete, accurate and timely communication of pertinent information *Collaborate, create and/or modify processes for improvement *Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment for personnel to work in *Pursue a program of self-development *Direct reports of approximately thirty (30) to fifty (50) Material Processors Qualifications: *Associates degree, or a combination of education and experience with a minimum of three to five (3 -5) years of inventory control supervisory experience in a high volume manufacturing/repair environment *Knowledge and clear understanding of inventory control / warehouse systems *Proficient with Microsoft Office /Windows software (Excel especially) *Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal & external personnel * Ability to work in a fast paced environment, independently and in a team environment, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously *A Plus: Working knowledge w/ Visio, Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains, and MRP/ERP Comprehensive benefits offered to full time and part time employees including medical, dental, STD, LTD, life insurance, 401(k), generous paid time off and much more.
