Job Title: Candidate Host Location: San Francisco, CA Hours/Days: Flexibility required. Monday - Friday. Number of work hours per week are based on business demands; no minimum work hours guaranteed. Pay Rate: $17 per hour Overall Summary: The Customer Host is responsible for providing excellent candidate experience. Candidate Hosts will meet and greet candidates that come in for interviews at local company offices. Candidate Hosts will be familiar with the office layout at the location where they will be hosting the candidate. Using strong people skills, the Candidate Host will interact with the candidate and interviewers from various teams, the recruiter or coordinators who will set up each interview and facilities. Ultimately facilitate a smooth, memorable interview experience. Skills/Knowledge Required:  College degree preferred or equivalent experience required. Experienced in delivering excellent customer service and working with the public  Ability to work with little supervision  Communicates clearly and well verbally and in writing  Strong attention to detail, great time management and ability to problem solve  Willingness to take on new projects  Reliable and dependable, consistently being on time  Willingness to work to documented procedures  Proficient in MS Office  Know how to utilize and troubleshoot video conferencing equipment  Professional appearance and behavior  Commitment to service and team work  Ability to work with all kinds of people at all levels of the organization  Has a positive view of work  Ability to receive constructive feedback from others and adjust your behavior, as needed.  Fast learner, self-motivate, adaptable to change  A balance of professionalism and outgoing personality  Demonstrate strong business judgment, professional etiquette  Reliable transportation, may need to travel in between buildings  Company phones are onsite for use to make contact with the candidates, interviewers, etc. However we ask that you have your personal phone on for last minute schedule changes, updates, etc.
