Maintenance - Rogersville

Were seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Maintenance . This team-oriented role will commonly perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs, as well as keep records of all performed tasks. The desired candidate is able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times, highly organized, and customer-service minded. This role works internally with staff and management, as well as outside vendors, on a daily and weekly basis. Must be able to set up and operate machines on trial run to verify accuracy of machine/motor settings. Skills and SOME of the job duties will require that this person needs to be efficient/knowledgeable using hand tools and machinery. This person will be performing building maintenance and/or small machine/tool maintenance.

• Must be available to work overtime as required.
• Building maintenance background preferred
• Small machine/tool background maintenance preferred
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must have good general math skills (be able to add / subtract, etc.)
• Able to follow instructions
