We have a opening for a CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Manpower is looking for several Customer Service support professionals
The job is located in Beverly, MA
PLEASE NOTE THE HOURS VARY HERE ARE SOME OF THE HOURS THAT ARE NEEDED
Need to be able to work weekends-preferable Sundays and availability between 11a-11p. Also 1 position for a 5p to 1am or 6p-2a position and another from 6a-2:30pm. FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE
The pay rate is $12 an hour and the assignment is for 4 months
Job Description
Flexibility with scheduling
Knowledge about Social Media using face book, twitter, live chat-replying to comments, escalating issues customer's may have posted about, etc
Taking calls for many clients
Ability to multitask-take 12-15 clients
Good verbal and written communication skills-may need to provide email support for clients
