Requirements
Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position for one of our clients in Newark, Delaware!
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries
- Records details about customer inquiries
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution
- Client service function to support fraud prevention
- Completes outbound calls to clients to confirm funds transfer requests
- Confirms other administrative requests with clients
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years plus of experience in the field or in a related area
- Location: Newark, Delaware 19713
- Length of Contract: Four months
